In depth

Verdict

Adjawar, Dante's Brook and Gone Too Far look the three to concentrate on in this competitive opener and the narrow vote is given to Adjawar. The selection won well last time out when beating Mr Bigglesworth and although he has a penalty for that win he won with a little in hand and he is taken to win again under conditions that suit. Dante's Brook rates the main danger as he has won his last two races in good style and beat Apadi last time out. However he may just need the run after an 245 day absence and for that reason he is opposed. Gone Too Far is another worthy of respect on his latest third behind Moscow Dancer but he is often let down by his jumping and he will need to improve in that department if he is to score. Of the remainder Bill's Echo is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but for the winner we return to Adjawar.
