    Verdict

This looks an excellent opportunity for Tiger Maguire to open his account over hurdles. A bumper winner in December, he's already been placed in better company on soft ground at Carlisle and Chepstow and gets 6lb from last month's Perth winner Papamoa. But we'll take on the likely favourite with MANOR COURT, a full brother to the stable's high-class hurdler and chaser Champion Court. After a couple of runs in bumpers, the latter is certain to improve now tackling hurdles and his pedigree suggests neither the trip nor ground will be a problem.
