    Verdict

Mighty Leader hadn't been seen over fences since late 2016 until comfortably accounting for Overland Flyer at Newton Abbot latest. He travelled well throughout the contest despite a tendency to jump to the right. He has an obvious chance of following up but TANARPINO is preferred in receipt of 6lb. The Candlish gelding has returned to chasing in good style with commendable placed efforts at Uttoxeter when narrowly beaten and at Cheltenham when an excellent third in novice handicap company. Trip and ground are ideal and he can land a first chasing success. Cherif De L'isle is hard to assess but interesting and Spinning Scooter has a deal to find on the book.
