In depth

Verdict

Freedom Fire, Monetary Fund and Players Please are the principals here, with preference for FREEDOM FIRE. Players Please has been in fine form of late and has won his last two starts, but the form has yet to work out and he looks vulnerable under a double penalty. After winning three outings ago, Monetary Fund has been outpaced at the business end of his races of late and is also opposed. Freedom Fire's win at Huntingdon recently followed some very creditable efforts on the Flat, including a Lingfield all-weather success. Freedom Fire receives weight from Players Please and that could well tell in the closing stages.
