In depth

Verdict

Imperial Icon is a brother to chaser Marky Bob so will likely to do better when tackling the larger obstacles, though he was second in a small field on his hurdling debut at Huntingdon. LOUGHAN (NAP) was a close third behind Fugitive’s Drift, who ran well under a penalty at Kempton on Saturday, when having a first start over hurdles at Huntingdon. With headgear applied today, Dan Skelton’s charge can open his account. K'chou Du Pecos Aa showed ability in Ireland for Willie Mullins and should find a small race in this country for new connections.
