In depth

Verdict

Black Bullet paid the penalty for chasing too faster pace at Huntingdon last month and finished very tired. Providing he has got over that effort he would have every chance in this company. Arctic Spirit was presented the race at Southwell last time and it is interesting that connections have decided to put a visor on him for the first time. However, he has more to to off this 11lbs higher mark, so a chance is taken with the enigmatic Zabadi, who is well treated on old form. He isn't one to rely upon too heavily, but he will be suited by the likely strong pace and he has shown his liking for this track in the past, having finished runner-up on both occasions he has been here. Joey Tribbiani comes here at the top of his form, but he will need to put in a personal best if he is to win off this mark.
