Apache Dawn has had plenty of chances but ran his best race for a while when third at Stratford last month and this is an equally uninspiring contest. Dazzling Rita was beaten 19 lengths when runner-up at the same track last July and hasn't been out since while Black Cache was pulled up at Huntingdon after winning at Exeter and is very hard to predict. Mutanaker isn't improving but the better ground should help last month's Chepstow sixth CHASING ACES and Gary Brown's gelding is taken to open his account in only his second handicap.
