    Verdict

Arctic Magic is respected, Hora and Moulin De La Croix both ran well on debut, Wychwood Legend has some decent bumper form and ex-French Parlesotho should be monitored. We'll award our vote to Hora in the hope that she can find the necessary improvement from her hurdling debut to lower the colours of Arctic Magic. The Henderson trained filly ground out victory at Ascot, beating a decent field in the progress, and was going away at the line having looked to be struggling at one stage. Arctic Magic hacked up in a handicap at Stratford last time having made the frame on her penultimate start in the mares' final at Newbury. Her form stands up to close inspection and she'll go close despite conceding weight all round. Moulin De La Croix has something to find on the book but shaped well at Ludlow and should improve for this longer trip whilst support for either Wychwood Legend or Parlesotho (who hails from a yard that does well here) would bring them into the equation but we believe that Hora can send her supporters into raptures.
