Verdict

Any number of these sprinters could bounce back to form with the heavy going an added complication. The token vote goes to KLYNCH despite his recent poor form as he's now 8lb lower than when beaten just over a length in testing ground at Hamilton in July. Italian Tom has enjoyed plenty of success this year but looks high enough in the weights now while last month's Thirsk winner Lucky Numbers seems at home on most types of ground and he could figure. The unbeaten Take Cover has won all three starts on the Fibresand at Southwell but hasn't raced since November last year while Hopes N Dreams, Rusty Rocket, Lucky Dan and Dutch Heritage are all recent winners on faster going.
