Half-a-dozen of these ran in the Portland at Doncaster with Goldream doing best in fourth after leading for much of the way. He was racing from a 4lb higher mark after scoring at Ascot and should get into the frame, though the one to take from the race is CHILWORTH ICON. He was carrying an extra 7lb for his Sandown victory and was just making his move when stopped in his tracks otherwise he would have finished in the frame. The three-year-old Peterkin is much better than he showed at York last time while the former South Africa-trained Counter Ridge showed her first form for Marco Botti at Doncaster and could prove to be a blot on this handicap. Normal Equilibrium is in good form and looks best of the remainder.
