      Verdict

      Saluscraggie, Stravara and Suits Me look the three to concentrate on in this competitive opener and the narrow vote is given to Saluscraggie. The selection was a fair fourth behind Magic Echo last time out that form has since been franked and off the same mark here he looks the one to be on. Stravara rates the main danger as he has dropped to a handy mark and was a fair fifth behind Elopement he has conditions to suit and with his yard begining to hit form he should be watched in the market. Suits Me is another that could go well on his latest sixth behind Just Observing. That horse has since ran well over hurdles and he is another with place claims. Of the remainder, Gallego's best form is on a faster surface while Ahlawy should benefit for the drop in trip but for the winner we are happy to return to Saluscraggie.
