    Verdict

Lexi's Boy, a winner over 1m6f here in July, is not out of this despite top weight. Mister Bob has won three of his last four and has an excellent strike-rate over this trip. Gleese The Devil and Fern Owl are other recent winners while Withhold is tried in cheekpieces having just failed to make a winning start in handicaps over 2m at Kempton. TALENT TO AMUSE is almost certain to appreciate this step up in distance and she looks the pick of a sizeable three-year-old contingent of which Contingency may be next best.
