    Verdict

STOW is our pick with Resounding Glory and Indian Groom put up as alternatives. Third to Zaynar at Ascot, he didn't do a lot wrong behind the useful Mr Thriller at Fontwell and provided that that effort hasn't taken too much out of him, he has an obvious chance of gleaning compensation. Resounding Glory has raced with cut in the ground on the flat. He hasn't been seen out since landing the Wensleydale Hurdle at Wetherby last October. Indian Groom is sure to be popular in the Graham Wylie colours. A winner at Market Rasen, he has put up placed efforts under testing conditions. Dontpaytheferryman had a recent run on the level and whilst a recent winner over hurdles, it's worth noting that those labours came in plating class. Mountaineer left the impression that there was more to come from his Ascot debut. Blues In Cee won a maiden on the flat for John Oxx and the mare, in receipt of plenty of allowances, is certainly interesting off a light racing weight. Stow is selected to pick up the winning habit.
