Verdict

A small field goes to post for this novices chase and all hold a chance on their best form. John Rich and Home Made are point to point winners that have shown a modicum of ability under rules and we will just side with Home Made. The gelding was a fair fourth behind Champagne Harry in a hurdle race last time and with the switch to fences sure to bring out some improvement he will be hard to beat. John Rich rates the main danger he was fourth behind Golly last time and their will not be much between him and the selection. Father Mulcahy was pulled up on his last run only four days ago so can not be backed with any confidence so we are happy to side with Home Made.
