In depth

Verdict

Yes You is obviously back in peak form and a further 3lb rise is not insurmountable, though she has done all of her winning at a lower level so far. Grise Lightning was second on this card 12 months ago and made a winning reappearance over track and trip. She should have plenty more to offer while the likes of Manshood and John Kirkup have been knocking on the door lately. Kenny The Captain will enjoy the give in the ground but has a bit to find with Manshood and Dark Defender on the form book. BIG LES is another who will act on the surface and Karen McLintock’s three-year-old has already shown a liking for this track. A low draw is a bit of a concern but he should still give a good account and a back-to-form Aleef could also figure.
