In depth

Verdict

ROCKY TWO gained his first ever success on fast ground over this trip at Musselburgh for which he's been raised 6lb. He's gone well in softer conditions in the past and now he's struck winning form he can go in again. Rockabilly Riot had some decent form in Ireland and landed a maiden hurdle for Martin Todhunter at Musselburgh but his recent form has left plenty to be desired. Kolonel Kirkup has been well supported in his last two races but come up short and is on the same mark but Latin Rebel could pose a threat as though still a maiden his best run came over this trip on soft ground at Ayr in September. Chaparella has done most of her racing in Switzerland and been beaten a distance in all three starts for Mark Johnston while Endeavor has won nine times over jumps but failed to reach a place in seven attempts on the Flat.
