Verdict

In the penultimate contest of the day IZZIBIZZI gets the verdict over Spring Goddess and Debonnaire. The Ed Dunlop trained IzzibizziI is going for a three timer here after taking a decent looking race at Newbury last time out. That win was in better company than this although there are a few stepping down to challenge. One of those is Debonnaire, who also scored in a better race than this on her last visit to a racecourse. She is likely to lead from the front in an attempt to slow the pace and will definitely be in the mix at the business end of the contest. The verdict doesn't go her way though with the form standing up better for our selection. Spring Goddess is another going for back-to-back wins after turf success at Yarmouth. If successful here it will be her third win on the artificial surface which is why she is in consideration although the selection Izzibizzi should have too much.
