SANIBEL ISLAND landed a bumper at Ballinrobe in May then made a very encouraging debut over timber at Listowel a couple of weeks ago behind the well-regarded Aspen Colorado with today's rival Golden Poet back in third. Gordon Elliott's charge looks a smart prospect and should go one better. Tunnel Creek had some reasonable form on the Flat and made a fair hurdling debut at Killarney while the selection's stable companion Mistamel scored on the level in the UK and should make a hurdler in time.
