Sherkin Island landed a Galway maiden in good style but finished last of five at Punchestown next time. Ones Are Wild, a winner on heavy ground here a year ago, was well behind the selection at the Curragh in May and was then disqualified from fourth at Listowel when his rider weighed in light. New Hill continues to make progress but is up another 8lb for her victory here in June.
