Willie Mullins saddles three of the seven entries with Ruby Walsh aboard the talented but frustrating Alelchi Inois, who has pulled up in three of his last ten starts but won six of them. He does best on quick ground so today's conditions look ideal and this should be one of his better days. Stablemate Devils Bride had Texas Jack a length behind when scoring at Listowel but the latter is much better off at the weights and should gain revenge. Clarcam was one of last season's top novices as he showed when landing the Grade 1 Manifesto at Aintree. He won first time back last term and his stable have emerged from the doldrums so he'll be difficult to beat. SHANAHAN'S TURN, a Grade 2 novice winner in November, had the Galway Plate as his target and made no mistake. He'll enjoy the conditions more than most and looks one to follow this winter starting here.
