Diamond Lodge goes from strength to strength and must go close here, but Taminoula and Wee Dinns are two that look very well treated, and we will side with the last named. Syvester Kirk's filly gained a well-deserved first win at Newbury last time following two excellent seconds. She did it in great style, despite having been raised five pounds, she cruised past some decent types to record a three length success. There could be much more in the tank and she can overcome another rise in the weights. Diamond Lodge is chasing a hat-trick following victories at Newmarket and Windsor, and may still be just ahead of the handicapper. Taminoula progressed nicely last season, and will be well suited by this step up in trip on her seasonal debut. Lara Falana gets in on a nice mark and can also be given a chance, but Wee Dinns was most impressive last time and gets our vote.
