Verdict

A winner at Brighton, CRYSTAL DEAUVILLE has obvious claims having shrugged off a 5lb rise to win easily at Bath last week. He’s taken to confirm running with Haylah and Three Little Birds and land the hat-trick. The latter was also beaten by Maygold last year and Ed Walker’s charge should have come on for last month’s pipe-opener while Ellen Gates went close at Wolverhampton last time but this is more difficult. Wiff Waff has shown good progress on the all-weather this year and is unexposed on Turf while Bbob Alula makes his handicap debut and may improve.
