    Verdict

The stables of Aidan O’Brien and Richard Hannon have pretty much dominated this Group 2 recently, supplying six of the last seven winners between them. Ballydoyle won it with Highland Reel in 2014 and while it remains to be seen if SEAHENGE can scale that one’s heights he’s obviously held in high regard. The Scat Daddy colt ran green on debut at Naas but only had to be pushed out to score, giving the impression there was a lot more in the locker – he has a host of fancy entries. Zaman is probably the form pick on his fourth in the Superlative Stakes but others have more scope. Curiosity is improving fast and Mildenberger won't surrender his unbeaten record without a fight. Expert Eye impressed at Newbury and Cold Stare won a Listed race at Saint-Cloud last time while James Garfield was a wide-margin winner at Doncaster and shouldn’t be underestimated over this sharp 6f.
