In depth

Verdict

Mulzamm would be the obvious starting point after another good run behind the in-form Lady Scathach at Leopardstown on Thursday but he's never been as effective on soft ground. Plum Perfect certainly won't mind the conditions after just failing to concede 19lb to the winner at Gowran earlier this month but DANI'S BOY, who scored a course and distance victory at the 2018 Festival, bounced back to form at Ballinrobe and a 4lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent a quick double. Scorpion Black was behind Plum Perfect at Gowran and King Christophe is better over further, though testing ground will aid his cause.
