This is quite a low-grade handicap which doesn't always work out well. MUTAMALEQ will obviously be fancied on his handicap debut and the softer ground is likely to aid his cause as he has been looking a little one-paced on faster going. He doesn't appear to have much improvement to make and will no doubt be primed to add to his trainer's incredible tally at the meeting. Emily Jane hadn't shown much before her handicap debut at Fairyhouse last month where she made massive strides to finish runner-up behind the in-form Sean Og Coulston. Normal progress should see her involved while Footprint has been running well enough to consider on the easier going that should suit. Frenka was strongly fancied at Down Royal last time but found the 1m2f trip too far though she failed over a mile earlier and Majestic Pearl is still a maiden after 15 starts.
