In depth

Verdict

Silverhand won this in 2010 and hasn't had much racing subsequently. He ran very well on his reappearance in the Coral Cup at the Cheltenham Festival and his two later starts were over fences. He should be in the shake-up but Tornedo Shay hasn't quite managed to make the expected progress after his early hurdles form and Shabra Charity seems better over fences. Doctor Pat won a point-to-point in May and is unlikely to have the pace of these so TWINLIGHT looks the one to beat. Willie Mullins' recruit from France landed a four-year-old Grade 3 at Fairyhouse in April last year before two runs at the highest level where he wasn't beaten far. He hasn't run since falling over fences in November but looks a bright prospect and can defy his long absence.
