Verdict

Mirlo Blanco showed his first sign of promise at Chester and makes his handicap debut from a lowly mark. He's the type his trainer does so well with and should be kept on the right side while Bonnie Lesley was impeded at a crucial stage on her hat-trick attempt at York and the run should be forgiven. Red Avenger looks certain to make further progress after scoring over this trip at Warwick while Hunting Rights can't have been at his best over a mile at Newmarket after completing a double over today's trip. HIPSTER was caught in the dying strides by I'm Back at Newmarket where he didn't quite last out the stiff 7f. He's on the same mark here and gets the nod though Bravo Youmzain and Regal Dan are others to consider in a tight nursery.
