Verdict

Paul Townend chooses Lot Of Joy of Willie Mullins' three entries and his mount ran reasonably well on the Flat on opening day. We'llhavewan is up 12lb for landing a Ballinrobe handicap that has worked out well but was a disappointing favourite on Wednesday. Gordon Elliott hasa strong hand with SHECOULDBEANYTHING and Set Point. The former is well named as she has only had six runs over hurdles and won mares' Listed races at Punchestown and Killarney the last twice. The later went up 10lb for completing a double at Tramore but very nearly made it a hat-trick at Bellewstown. Four-year-olds have a poor record in this but Rachael was on board when War Correspondent gained his only success over hurdles and the grey could go well at a price. He was just behind another youngster, Sundial, in a Leopardstown Grade 2 last year and the latter was an impressive maiden winner at Kilbeggan a fortnight ago.
