Verdict

CALL VINNIE landed a point-to-point at Templemore in April and came here for his first start for Dermot Weld on Monday where he finished runner-up to Princely Conn with today's rivals Old Storm 7seven lengths away in third and Lucky Pat well beaten. He's likely to have benefited from the run and will prove difficult to beat. Fill Your Hands has gradually improved with racing and wasn't beaten far behind a couple of decent performers at Kilbeggan while Sheamus performed with credit behind Alton Bay at Ballinrobe where he showed plenty of pace before tiring in the closing stages.
