In depth

Verdict

Comedy House won a Polytrack bumper at Lingfield in February but SIN BIN's form is superior. He scored at Chepstow last year and ran well for a long way on his recent reappearance at Ascot before fading badly in the closing stages. His conditional's claim negates a penalty and Paul Nicholl's charge gets the nod. Ruby Glow looks next best of those with experience on her debut fourth at Newbury but a couple of newcomers could prove a bigger threat. Water Wagtail is related to the bumper and hurdle winner Kentford Grey Lady while Irish Buccaneer is the first foal of the multiple National Hunt winner Supreme Serenade and both are worth noting in the betting on their debuts.
