Verdict

HABBIE SIMPSON looked to be heading for his first win over fences at Doncaster last time but was headed close home by the progressive Prince Of Pirates. Alan King's charge looks to have the edge on that form and can go one better. Mush Mir has taken well to fences and scored at Warwick before his latest second at Exeter and he should be thereabouts once again, while Indian Daudaie is better judged on his earlier chasing debut fourth at Plumpton than his recent effort over timber. The Clyda Rover has shown nothing to suggest he can get involved and is easily dismissed.
