Baboosh can land this opener at the expense of Giverny Spring and Granary Girl. The selection was in winning form when getting the better of Fonic Rock at Yarmouth last time out. For that win he has risen five pounds in the ratings but we still feel he is a step ahead of the handicapper so with that in mind he is worth staying on the right side of. Giverny Spring was not beaten far last time at Goodwood when second to Dado Mush. He looks a horse on the up grade so is worth noting in the betting market. As is Granary Girl who came good to win twice last autumn and has shown some decent form of late finishing second of seven at Catterick behind Hugs Destiny last time out. It wont be long before she is back in the winners enclosure but may have to settle for place money as for the winner we return to Baboosh
