In depth

Verdict

Mischief Man is taken to prove superior in this bumper with his main protagonists likely to be My Turn Now and Ship's Hill. Ship's Hill was a good second at Newbury on his debut and Nicky Henderson's runner was then a close third when made favourite at Huntingdon next time. He looks sure to go well but may not be value and is taken on with Henderson having gone almost a month without a winner. Charlie Mann's Irish recruit My Turn Now looks a useful type having won on his Clonmel debut and just been touched off next time before running in mid-division in the Punchestown champion bumper. He too looks set to go well. Unlike his rivals, Mischief Man comes here with the benefit of a recent run and that was a smooth expected success at Market Rasen. He may not have beaten much but Mick Easterby is a shrewd operator and he wouldnt over-face his runner here. Mischief Man can prove himself too troublesome for the opposition.
