Verdict

A real muddle of a race but Anthony Middleton's FITANDPROPERJOB has gone quite well the last twice and there's nothing of the class of Settledoutofcourt here, to whom he finished second at Hexham last time. He does handle any ground and should have room for improvement over fences after just the three chasing starts. Course and distance winner Full Ov Beans is useful in this grade on the positive side but is far from consistent on the down side, whilst connections will hope that a first time tongue tie and blinkers will transform the fortunes of Carobello on just this second chase start. Mad Professor brought up his half century of chase starts the last day but he's yet to win on ground with soft in the description. He does retain some ability though at this level and should run his race.
