In depth

Verdict

Bobble Boru won at Wincanton on her hurdling debut having landed a bumper at Ludlow on her reappearance. She is open to further improvement but DOCTOR HARPER looks an above-average novice, despite failing to cope with the step up in grade at Cheltenham last time. He'd won a couple of times at Exeter previously and can get back on track here. Saffron Wells is progressing nicely and won a handicap by 11 lengths at Market Rasen on just his third start over timber. But he needs to find more again to follow up here and De Kerry Man and Robbers Roost could also be found wanting.
