Verdict

Game Line is back on the same mark as when successful last year but faces a more competitive field. Potters Legend will probably stay and has finished second twice here this year. David Pipe has a couple entered, both ridden by claimers. Fergus Gillard’s mount Abaya Du Mathan is preferred to Red Happy, who may be too high in the weights now. Havana Hermano is respected but will have stamina to prove. Debden Bank will have his ground and this is his time of year. He is another trying a longer trip for the first time but he won’t be far away if lasting home, though TOMMIE BEAU (NAP) is preferred. Twice a winner around here, the seven-year-old has solid form over 3m2f and this is a very easy track.
