Cascavelle, the only three-year-old in the line-up, won with such authority over a mile here last month that the assessor has put him up a massive 13lb so this is much tougher. Sixteen-times winner Gordon Lord Byron looked to have a good chance of returning to winning ways here a fortnight ago but didn't take that opportunity and was behind runner-up Fuwairt and third-placed ELLEVAL, who didn't get the run of the race. The latter doesn't win anything like often enough (1-45 on Turf) but has managed two all-weather victories and despite being on a long losing run looks the one to beat at these weights. Togoville has a superb record around here and just managed to hold off Geological over 6f last week but the runner-up is probably better over tonight's longer trip.
