In depth

Verdict

DALIYAN was never likely to cut much ice as a juvenile given his dam is from the family of Daliapour and Darshaan but he showed some potential in a couple of runs last summer and is the type to do much better this year. This doesn't look a tough start and he can land this under Johnny Murtagh. Filatore made a decent start over a mile here and is another certain to be suited by the extra but Stagecoach and Roja Dove will need to show plenty of improvement to take a hand. Tucker Casey showed some promise when making his debut over a mile here in November and is another likely to do better in his second season.
