Verdict

Cappadocia won off a mark of 65 over 6f here in August and was down 3lb when scoring three weeks ago. That last run was over 7f and he very rarely runs over this trip nowadays. NIGG BAY was returning from a break when caught right on the line by Togoville over the track and trip last week when Ty Rock Brandy was close behind. Donagh O'Connor's claim is a bonus and he gets the vote but Ar Saoirse continues to frustrate. David Marnane's charge is 0-21 though was just touched off by Bellick over 6f last week where he was clear at this trip. He was earlier 2l behind Danz Gift when receiving 11lb so has a chance of reversing the form on 6lb better terms. Gopsies Daughter is probably warming up for the Turf campaign as she was in tremendous form last summer and is still well handicapped.
