        In depth

        Verdict

        Vastitas has only run twice here and wasn't beaten far in the first of them. She won a shade comfortably at Leopardstown last month and is still well enough handicapped despite a 5lb rise. However, she's taking on several track specialists here including Banna Boirche and Billyford, who fought out a tremendous finish here last week with the former just prevailing for his seventh course victory. The pair are very closely matched again but it could be another who loves the track. ELUSIVE RIDGE, who lands the spoils as he was having his first start since December when a very close fourth to Moran Gra here last month and has actually been dropped 1lb in the ratings.
