Verdict

CAPTAIN JOY and Glastonbury Song are well clear on official ratings. The former won the All-Weather Mile Championship at Lingfield in March just a week after beating Geological here and the latter is held on worse terms. Tracey Collins' veteran just gets the vote though Ger Lyons' charge has won twice around here and was attempting to concede Katiymann 15lb when narrowly beaten last month so there should be little between the pair. Russian Soul was once a high-class sprinter and had a very good record over this trip in his early days and beat the selection off levels way back in 2012. He isn't the force of old and was beaten over two lengths by Beach Bar over 7f last time when Secret Wizard was behind.
