Verdict

TOUGH REMEDY hasn’t raced since July when finding only the higher rated Regulator too good in novice company at Ayr. He may come out best handicapping for the first time on his return and is preferred to The British Lion. The latter should do better back over today’s trip having failed to threaten over 7f at Wolverhampton last week. Shades Of Mist has won a handicap at Southwell though struggled when raised 6lb over 5f here last time and Becker may prove best of the less exposed types.
