Lift The Gloom got off the mark when dropped back to a mile here two weeks ago and may not be as effective over this longer trip with a 7lb rise. Imprudent Miss was having only her second start of the year when coming with a late run to score over slightly further last month. She's only 3lb higher and should go close though fourth-placed CATHRINE DE MEDICI, who was having just her second outing in three years, caught the eye with a big effort and Liam Roche's once-promising mare has now dropped to a very lenient mark. Mutasareb won here in November on his handicap debut and almost defied a 9lb rise last month. He's on the upgrade and can go well despite his big weight though he's very closely matched with The Frog Prince.
