Noble Steel, a winner between the flags at Toomebridge last May, made a reasonable start under Rules in a Navan bumper in January and should improve. Another Toomebridge winner, Baileys Ruffit, has run poorly in England subsequently while Premier Rule has been well beaten in both bumper starts.
