In depth

Verdict

Clondaw Farmer looked a very smart prospect when landing a steadily-run bumper at Galway where he could have done with a stronger gallop. He makes his hurdling debut here and could turn out to be useful but the concession of 8lb to REDROBIN at this stage may prove beyond him. By Presenting out of a useful staying hurdler, he attempted to make all over this trip at Gowran on his hurdling bow and kept on after being headed three out. That will have done him good and he can gain his first victory. Ram Them All has had more experience than the aforementioned pair and has a couple of fair performances to his credit including in a Tramore handicap last time. The Trigger made too many mistakes at Sligo but the longer trip should suit and he can challenge for a place.
