In depth

Verdict

SIR CARNO looked on course for a hat-trick when well backed again at Thurles 12 days ago but weakened alarmingly in the closing stages. That can’t have been his true form and he’s worth a chance to recoup losses dropped in trip here. Ardean Lass has done all of her racing at Ayr this season. She’s been looking a little one-paced but is probably fairly treated on her handicap debut. Young Paddymc also makes his handicap debut after an improved showing at Punchestown and Benefit Of Magic hasn’t been beaten far at Fairyhouse the last twice and should find a race before the end of the campaign.
