Verdict

Huntsmans Close gets the aid of a 7lb claimer and having dropped another 2lb in the weights after a fourth at Windsor, he should go close. But SYLVIA PANKHURST continues to improve and notched up her fourth win of the year at Chester last time. David Griffiths' filly looks capable of going in again off a 3lb higher mark. Royal Guinevere has been running well without success in lesser grade sprints and finished ahead of Hardy Blue when second over track and trip last month. She makes more appeal than Mitchell of the remainder.
