This race is typical of most of the races on the Doncaster card with a disappointing turnout in terms of numbers but is expected to go the way of Tentative, who gets the verdict over Harry Up and Cape Trafalgar. The selection won with plenty in hand when eased close home over course and distance last week, beating the well-regarded Needles And Pins. Roger Charlton's filly looks to have been let in lightly on a mark of 75 and is taken to take advantage of that. Top weight Harry Up has more on his plate than when winning a Chester nursery last time and a bigger threat may be Jamie Osborne's Cape Trafalgar, who made all in similar company at Haydock recently. A 6lb penalty may anchor her though. Shank On Fourteen has plenty of weight for what he has achieved, while First Eclipse was well held last time and may have been flattered by her Musselburgh win the time before. Some useful types line up among the five runners but Tentative looks open to further improvement and may be better treated than his rivals.
