        Verdict

        The possibility of an easy lead for FRONTLINE GIRL means she gets the nod. Although 6lbs higher than when winning at Newcastle in August, the way she was backed that day suggested connections feel that she can defy this sort of mark. Daring Dream is one of several who normally come from off the pace, with the in-form trio of Nisaal, Astrodonna and Glenmuir counted amongst that number. Carlitos Spirit is handicapped to win and there was plenty of promise in his Beverley run last month, whilst Cavendish Road rates better than his three most recent runs. Bond City drops into a 0-75 for the first time in years and with his owner well-known for northern winners he is afforded respect. Border Owl is only 2lbs higher than his win at Ripon in July and is not discounted after his two-month break.
