In depth

Verdict

Point Of Woods hasn’t won since landing last year’s renewal off a much higher mark and a tongue-tie is applied for the first time. Robot Boy won an amateurs' race at Ayr before finishing behind runner-up DEBAWTRY at Hamilton a week ago. The latter missed out by only a head on that occasion and Zak Wheatley’s allowance could give her the edge in this. Bashiba was placed over track and trip recently and is preferred to Normal Equilibrium while Valentino Sunrise is not badly treated but will find today’s going fast enough.
